"The Crystal team was terrific to work with for my HVAC installation. We relocated the indoor unit from a closet up to the attic, so the job took several days. Toren and Alex did the work and were friendly, helpful, and communicative throughout, and really seemed to take pride in their work. Lance set us up with the initial quote, making sure we understood what the process would look like, and was very responsive when we had a question mid-job. Courtney in the office was also amazing, helping our electrician with permit setup and answering other questions. Finally, at the very end of the job, we had an issue getting our Nest thermostat to reload. Toren and Mike went above and beyond to make sure we got up and running, staying after hours to do so. Thanks for a positive experience!"
