The house came with several warranties from the builder and other companies, including Fun State Pool Service. Out of all of them, only Fun State Pool Service has honored its products. I encountered several issues with the pool and I found Fun State would timely come and fix the issues. Their staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Their technicians will educate you on anything you need to know. They even go above and beyond and help you learn more about the pool systems and how to monitor them. "Best experience ever! Between all the heavy rains and 2 busy work schedules our pool looked like a biology experiment - complete with black algae. We were told by other 'experts' we would likely have spend apporx $5K to get the pool resurfaced. I called Fun State, explained the situation and Mike (service manager) sent out Reggie (chems and stain expert). A week later our pool looks like it WAS resurfaced! But it only cost $265. We are SO grateful to Mike, Reggie and the office manager, Bertie. They are honest, fun folks who have earned our business for life!"
