"I wasted my money at this place, 7 sessions underarms and Brazilian, and my hair is still growing normally, and they don't give any guarantee for this. I had laser hair removal a few years ago, with 7 sessions you should see the change, and this does not happen. On the second session, the girl burned me, and apparently this is normal for this place. Don't waste your money here."

"Save your money and do not waste it here. Had a facial recently and it was no near being a “Spa” experience. People came to the facial room in and out. They had someone “observe” my facial without even asking if I want that person in the room. I did not pay all that money for my facial for someone else to watch as a “demo.” Ridiculous! They do the bare minimum for Hydrafacial and call it “Platinum” to charge you even MORE! The room was so small and they did not have anything set up that felt like “welcoming” for a spa day! No Spa soothing spa music, no beverages offered, no robes offered. Just bunch people talking around you and over your head while you get your facial. And the girl at the front desk…could talk your ears off! OMGGG she talks sooooooo muchhhhhhh! Like I’m here for the “Spa” experience and to relax…not interested in your personal life. SAVE YOUR MONEY and DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!"
"I had a regular facial done by Esthetician Meliana Alexis. The room was set up well. She was excellent with her technique and explained what she was doing and gave great recommendations on how to take care of my skin. I had a awesome time and will return."
"A friend of mine recommended a "Back Facial". Which if you don't know includes a light massage followed by all of the features of a regular facial except on your back. Very relaxing and soothing. Meliana performed the service and she has a nice, relaxed, soothing manner about her. Since I had not experienced a back facial she explained everything as she applied the treatment. I highly recommend Meliana and this treatment. I have already booked my next appointment."
