"Second time still not satisfied Same day already a nail fail. While I was doing my nails more than 2 times nails fail,the tech had to put it again, nd now while home another one…really same day..smh"

"DO NOT GO- especially if you are black and/or value professionalism and customer service, along with the use of safe and hygienic practices. After coming to this shop for years and receiving decent treatment, my experience today was horrendous and unforgettable, for that I’m giving 1 star since I’m unable to give 0. After a full set by John, some random new person, probably a relative or family friend that Just came, who was on the older side and clearly has minimal experience (having an actual license is probably questionable as well) began my pedi. Despite beginning rough I gave her a chance to continue because everyone must begin somewhere. However as she proceeded to use incorrect tools (a nail filer to remove dead skin) and dangerously using a cuticle remover I spoke up and requested to have a different tech and even tried to come back at a later time. Instead of apologizing or asking what the problem was, this unprofessional and disrespectful person loudly said “Your feet are dirty you don’t get done…” I dried my own feet and proceeded to pay for my full set since no one else offered or attempted to keep their employee in line. Yet this arrogant and uneducated (probably actually dirty!) woman continued yelling that my feet were dirty across the shop so I obviously responded accordingly. while I may have calloused feet from working hard and standing on them for hours, they are far from dirty. I don’t know if she was racist, or simply embarrassed that I stopped her from ruining my feet but the behavior was beyond unprofessional. Sadly customer service was not a priority since they allowed this employee to continue to demean me instead of sending her to the back or even apologizing for how inappropriate she was. This person needs to be careful how she speaks to paying customers and should really be fired and/or reported to the department of health for her unsafe techniques. I know for a fact if I were white, the situation would be handled entirely differently, and they wouldn’t send an amateur to do me pedi. Gianna, thank you for being kind, professional, and compassionate over the years. Perhaps you need to train others to follow suit (you personally deserve 5 stars) There are plenty fish in the sea and I’m grateful I’ve now found a new nail home that offers a top tier experience and services with better prices!"
