"Terrible customer service i walked in and the receptionist was on a personal call speaking to her family in spanish while scrolling on her phone she couldnt even bother to look up and acknowledge me i asked if they braided hair and she just continued on looking in her phone after about 5 minutes of standing there i asked the stylists because the receptionist was useless, they stylists didnt even know if they braid hair or not i guess maybe because im a 25 year old man nobody could be bothered to help me or even answer my question but if your an old poor lady who lives off of social security thats the only clients they service little do they know im a popular music artist who just moved in the area who just wanted to know the cost of braiding or highlights and if those services were provided and nobody wanted to help me i would have tipped graciously and been a repeat customer. But nope they only cater to old ladies. Terrible experience if your not over the age of 60 do not go to this place they do not care"
