"I am unhappy as I could not get a call back to confirm a haircut appointment for Friday, July 28, 2023. I contacted Adry on Thursday, July 27, 2023, asking for an appointment for Friday. I know I am used to spending over $300 for a hair appointment, including cut, base, and highlights, for which I have spent a lot of money in the salon. However, lately, due to my reasons and the economy, I have wanted just a cut despite the push to get much more. The last few times I was there, I was treated with insults. I wanted just a cut on Friday, July 28, 2023, for my birthday this weekend, and I was told I would get a callback to confirm a Friday afternoon appointment. It is now the evening of Saturday and no callback. Not happy at all. It is all about money and not what the customer wants. Moreover, I never got any text or call about an appointment set, nor did I ever confirm. Not sure why Adry said that, but it is certainly not true. Unbelievable! I sat here waiting for a callback, and no call or text. As such, I never confirmed any such appointment as I never got one. Blame it on a system! If I did not show up, why not call to inquire? I guarantee you that if I were going to spend over $300 she would be calling. Blatant untruth! I think her prices are a bit over the top, truthfully. If a person does not want to pay for a bunch of services, let them be. It is the customer's decision. One should not have to say no each and every time repeatedly. If they say no once, you should stop pushing it the same day, and if they still say no, you should not be insulting the person because of it. Give them what they want and be happy for their business."

"I took my daughter here to get her hair styled for her quinceañera photos. Jacinta did my daughters hair. She did an amazing job! I’ve been to places before where they burn you with the blow dryer or the curling iron.. but not this place. Jacinta was very gentle and knew what she was doing. She knows how to work with curly hair. Adry was there during our appointment and she was very kind. Amazing experience. Prices are very affordable. We will return! Thank you Jacinta and Adry!"
