"The doctor is wonderful she listens and helps you with any concerns you may have however the staff is unorganized. Nobody picks up the phone, I've been waiting for the portal to be updated for over two weeks now. Update: After a month of my child being seen, I still can't get ahold of anyone. They don't message you or call you back. Another update still no referral, they don't answer the phone, they never get back to you. I decided to go to another doctor who was able to help me on a timely manner."

"I gave it 2 stars for the simple fact that if you don’t have insurance, it is very affordable. I believe it’s $60 per office visit but you only need to be seen in office once every 3 months - the rest of the time you can call in for prescription refills without a charge. The issue really is that no one ever fills the scripts! My daughter desperately NEEDS her medicine to be able to get through the school day and I can’t tell you for how many months I would have the hardest time getting the doctor to send the script to the pharmacy. They should be ashamed of themselves. Not sure whose negligence it is, if the front desk isn’t relaying the info, but I even talked to their little office in another country and still, same issue. So I’m pretty sure it’s just that the doctor doesn’t care which is sad when people are depending on medicine to get through their daily lives. I do not and would not ever recommend this place. Each month I would literally call in AT LEAST 5 different occasions and leave messages with different people. Just horrible business practices. No excuse for it- and no, COVID is not an excuse for this (which is what they constantly broadcast in their recordings- it’s 2023). And if cost is a concern to you, and you’re uninsured my babysitter just informed me of a great doctor in Sanford, Dr Sparks. He is $70 a month for adults and $30 per child a month. Glad I found him so I was able to put this treacherous place in my past. Hallelujah!"

"The doctor is great. She always is very nice and courteous. My only issue is calling the office and not being able to speak with anyone when needed. There is always an issue with their phone and that is unacceptable. The most important thing as a parent is calling the prescriber office for your children getting to someone who answers the phone and resolving any issues IMMEDIATELY. Not waiting days later to get a callback. After multiple attempts to contact office, I decided to move my children to a different prescriber office who answers and resolves my concerns the first time I call."

"We absolutely love Dr Malcolm. She's very sweet and kind and the kids LOVE her. She spends a significant amount of time with each patients and is very thorough in explaining everything and answering questions. We absolutely love her and her staff."
