"After being seated we waited and waited and waited. Never acknowledged by the server. She continued to take checks and clean tables, never offered water or coffee. Women's bathroom was dirty and had no paper towels to dry your hands. I understand being short staffed, but a simple I will be with you shortly goes a long way. We left after 20 min without anyone coming to our table."

"Ordered chicken fried steak with three sides of mashed potatoes and cinnamon roll crepes for my”Thanksgiving dinner” because I was alone this year. As you can see in the photos that is no where even in the realm of what I received. No sauces, gravy or anything. What you see is what arrived at my door. And while I am aware that I need to bring it to door dashes attention if I want my money back it is indeed up to the store to attempt to make it right when it is clearly their error. They didn’t even send a complete version of the meal I received. When I called and was told I could deal with door dash and replace my order through DD because they can’t do anything there (really because I’m pretty sure a manager can do whatever is necessary to correct there mistake. I know as I have to when my restaurant makes mistakes) at which point I inform her that not only will I have to wait another hour but will also have to repay fees and tip for their mistake. Her response was “oh well, then all you can do is call a manager in the morning. I can’t help you”. Looking forward to that call. This is just one of many bad experiences with this location and they have NEVER taken responsibility for their errors. IHOP used to be my very favorite place. This store is ruining it for me."

"Ordered 5 breakfast samplers to go and the family loved it! The containers they came in kept everything nice and hot!"

"After birthday breakfast with a lot of laughs and a great breakfast. I forgot to take a picture of what I had, which was the plant base protein combo. Two vegan patties and scramble egg whites and seasonal fruit. However, the strawberry banana protein pancakes are pictured. This breakfast was great, and I was surprised at the vegan patties, which can be hit or miss depending on the brand. They were a hit along with the protein pancakes. My family food, they said, was good as well, and they took some of it home, not me, lol. This time at IHOP made it eventful, thanks to our server Antoinette for kindness, attentiveness, and a great sense of humor. I'll definitely be back"

"First time here my wife got the bacon omelette. I got the fish and shrimp with fries her meal was great I could take it or leave it. The fish was well cooked and the shrimp was ok it was edible Fry was a bit short. Next time I'll stay with breakfast."
