Not only was Abe helpful but super knowledgeable in making the switch, making sure I didn't buy anything unnecessary which enabled me to purchase an extended warranty for the fridge. 100% would recommend everyone at AJ Madison. "This is the worst experience I've ever had buying appliances. After losing one appliance and finally getting a crew here to deliver and install it (2 months afterwards), they did not connect the water line, did not balance the washer and dryer, and did not haul anything away. I paid for all of these services. I spent at least 4 hours trying to get this resolved. I will NEVER buy from AJ Madison again - complete incompetence. In response to AJ Madison's response, I have reached out multiple times and they said it wasn't their issue to resolve, it was the delivery company. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was denied. I have requested a refund for delivery and install due to: (1) having to wait two months; (2) Having to hire another contractor to finish the incomplete install after 3 visits from A and M delivery; (3) learning after hiring another company that the 220V cord was never installed per code, the drain hose for the dryers were never attached at all and one was missing, the electrical plugs were not fully inserted, the valve for cold water to the washing machine was never turned on, and the bolts on the back of the machine still had bright yellow tags that said "remove"...they were still on. Not only was this installation incomplete, it left us at risk for flooding and a potentially dangerous electrical issue. These pictures are after 3 failed installation attempts...yet AJ Madison does not take responsibility and has not allowed me to speak with a supervisor."
