"I bought a set of 3 chairs and table for the balcony. When I went for the first time, I was happy with the service and quality of the furnitures. We entered thinking of buying only a table but then we changed our minds and decided to upgrade our balcony and buy the full set. We decided not to pay the 300 dollars for the delivery because we knew we could pick it up in a van. After 3 weeks after we pay this is what happened. 1. It was some miss communication between the store and the place where the furnitures were. I had to go first to the store, because it was what the emails said and then there the sales person told me I was in the wrong location. The only reason I had to go to the store was to pay the remaining balance, thing that I could’ve paid too in the pick up place (they tried to charge me too when I went there) 2. The sales person agreed that the chairs would be ensamble but it was not the case, they were delivered in a box 3. When I came home, I realized one of the chairs didn’t hace a cap for one of its legs, I called them and asked to send the caps to the store in Aventura, that it’s the closest to my house, but the sales person asked us to pick them up in Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood, which I said no. Then they told me they would send the caps to Aventura, I went to the store 2X and the vendor kept saying he didn’t receive them. So I give up and decided to buy 16 caps in Amazon for 12 dollars. I think I can accept any mistake from a store while the customer service is good, but when a business disappointed By making false promises I can’t come back. The furnitures are beautiful, I hope they are high quality, because now I know it’s unlikely they will respond if the material suffers any damage due to quality."

"I needed the furniture for a gathering i was having, so the only reason i placed the order on the patio furniture in the showroom was because of the 3-5 business day guarantee of delivery. Turns out i didn't get the furniture for quite a bit after that. I had initially called to cancel the order, since i heard nothing from them after about 10-11 days. They promised delivery the next day if i kept the order. They missed delivery the next day due to weather, asked me if i would accept it the day following. I was understanding and said ok. That next day they delivered half my order, the other half was damaged. The delivery people didn't even bring it up, they themselves said it was not deliverable and left it in the truck. I then politely asked for a refund, at this point it had been 15 days or so since the order, and i just didn't need this table anymore, especially since it was damaged. They refused to give me a refund, customer service said "all sales are final" and furniture is "custom made" even though i bought what was in stock in their showroom/warehouse. They refused to give me a refund on the table that i never received or even saw. This was the worst bait and switch. Stick to more reputable companies like RH... Waiting for a charge back to get my money back for the table that was never received."
