The manager, Michael, is a patient man to have put up with all my questions He's 'Aces' ... knows his stuff and wonderful customer service...something that I noticed has been hard to find here in Florida .I'm used to good customer service in NY. "I have purchased a lot of furniture over my lifetime and this was honestly the WORST experience I have ever had. The quality of most products is really good and it looks great (which is why you pay more), but the service and response to issues has been terrible. I rarely waste my time to write bad reviews for anything, but it really was so bad that I had to write and hopefully prevent someone from having the same experience. I purchased a very expensive teak patio set (Les Jardins) including table + 10 chairs, 2 pool loungers, as well as a full patio set with love seat, couch and single rocking chair. I placed the order end of January 2012; the patio set came in within the 6 weeks quoted, but the teak set was delayed twice, and the 2 pool loungers delivered nearly 2 months after the other things had arrived. The table chair hardware rusted within 2 weeks of receiving them and we have still yet to this day to receive replacements! They say it's coming this November, but I've heard it before. I own a business and I know stuff happens, which is not why I took the time to write. It was the constant follow up and the lack of responsiveness that shocked me given the amount I spent and the fact they market themselves as "Premiere". Apart from the sales guy repeatedly apologizing for the on-going issues I had, the company did absolutely nothing to right the situation, and earn my future business. Leaves me believing they really don't care. Will never buy from them (or Les Jardins) again and would not recommend any to do so. I'm sure they have thousands of purchases that went seamless and people are happy, but I was not one of them. Hope my rant is helpful."
