"The worst place to buy an appliance. You buy from them and if the item is broken you can't return it. You need to waste your time to contact customer service of the producer, because they are third party. Never again."
"Shocking lack of professionalism at this store! While seeking assistance in the power tools section, I was met with disdain and mockery from an employee. To make matters worse, he was loudly berating another customer nearby. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Thankfully, others in a different department were eventually able to help, but it’s disappointing to encounter such rudeness at all when you’re spending $600+. I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future. So bad that I reached out to Home Depot support team about it in their parking lot. The guy was working in the power tools section unlocking products for people."
"The garden area is always organized and clean. The plants, flowers and succulents are neatly arranged and displayed in a way that is easy to learn what the each particular plant needs such as amount of sunlight and water. I also appreciate the variety of pots and gardening equipment that are available to choose from based on the needs of the gardener. The staff at the garden section are friendly and speak many languages so it’s very easy for anyone to find someone that speaks your language."
"Worst Home Depot on planet earth. Only have one or two cashiers for the call sales and the lines is astronomically long. The cashiers are in no rush to get people out. Also horrible service no one ever wants to help you and if they do they look so bothered as if they don’t get paid to literally help you. Also answering the phone? Forget about it they avoid answer calls at all costs. Horrible Home Depot. Home Depot has the worst customer service."
