"I've been under Dr.Varanasi's care for over a year now, and lets just say I'll be looking for a new doctor. Every visit gets worse and worse. The staff to include Dr.Varanasi do not care about their patients. My insurance has been erroneously charged by the office staff, and when I addressed it they had to fumble through a mess of records to fix it. No apology was ever issued for their mistakes. Dr.Varanasi shows lack of concern and empathy for his patients conditions, and to be honest it feels like he's just there to show face and charge your insurance. I'll be changing my doctor to one who actually values their patients and their needs. Don't waste your time."

"“First impression is everything”… right? Save yourself the long hold times and effort! As a new patient coming to this practice referred from my PCP, (for thyroid condition) It was disheartening to have been treated as an unimportant, second-class citizen after being hung up on or on hold for more than 30 minutes every time I called. Tyler, the “New Patient Coordinator “ as he called it, was ill-mannered, abrupt and unsophisticated, should strongly consider not working in the service industry. The office requires information from your last two drs visits, which I was eager to provide, as did my drs office. Aside to their fax machine being busy during reg business hours, I couldn’t submit them until after hours. Fine, they’re very busy (And under-staffed). The next day when I called to confirm they received it, (after being on hold for 27 minutes) Tyler sounded flustered and annoyed that I had the audacity to call when he has three providers in that day with over “200” new patients before me, he told me he hasn’t had time to check the queue, sarcastically claimed to have appreciated me advocating for myself but he will call me when he calls me, is the response I got. He called back the next day and I was pleased to tell him I had already gone elsewhere (with a professional staff that doesn’t treat their patients like inconveniences.) I will NEVER be ok with an office employee treating me like that as a new patient eagerly seeking help. Seems like that’s a reflection of what the rest of my service there would have been like. If you read the reviews, lots of people had problems with rude staff & Doctor, RX refills, lack of bedside manner… it’s evident. When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time…"

"This doctor is good but when it comes to getting refills or getting in contact with his staff for refilling supplies like insulin pump or plain insulin, it is very difficult to get in contact with them. They tend to flake and not answer the faxes or phone calls either. I don't know why. It is a very frustrating experience!"
