"This CVS is what nightmares are made of. The drive thru is randomly closed, of which customers are notified by a sign fashioned out of a discarded box, falling against the window. Inside, there is always a line at the pharmacy that is anywhere from 5 to 10 people deep. I’ve waited up to an hour for my prescription, which they can never seem to locate, despite spamming me with notifications that it’s ready. Last week, I picked up my script, for the pharmacist to chase me to my car as I was pulling out saying they forgot to mix it. Bonus features include that the pharmacy scanner in the back is broken and you’ll have to wait in the front line if you want to purchase other items other than your script, screaming uncontrolled children, rude customers cussing out employees for no good reason, and bad vibes all around. Really unfortunate the 3212 location had to close."

"I’ve never been a CVS where I feel like fights are going to break out. Two stars because the staff was fine with me but I stood in a long line and witnessed multiple times where the employees were very rude and clearly on edge. It was also obvious that the prescriptions were unorganized, which may be the cause of the employees stress. I am sure their stresses are valid but that’s no excuse for treating paying customers in such ways."

"This location is hard to access, being near a congested intersection and bad parking lot layout. The pharmacy is cramped and I often see the employees struggling to get around their cart to perform tasks. They are understaffed for the volume they had before the merger from the other nearby location, let alone the new customers being included. I had to wait on line for 20 minutes today alone, and this is not a one-off experience. CVS corporate made a bad decision to merge the locations and not actually staff or size the department. The staff, on the other hand, are trying to cope. There is only so much they can do without the space or personnel they need."

"This location leaves a lot to be desired. Pharmacy will close at random hours, store is messy and unorganized, staff not very friendly. The bathrooms stay locked which should make them easy to keep clean but they smelled of urine, app soap, paper towel and TP dispensers were broken, no soap in the entire bathroom and trash was everywhere. I will never go back to this location. The parking lot is a great cut through from Conway to Curry Ford. That’s the only thing this store is good for."

"This CVS is always overcrowded. One person to help a line of 8-10 people. The staff in the pharmacy are over worked but do not make any effort to move a line along. CVS closed a pharmacy a mile down the road. A pharmacy that was always helpful, efficient and friendly. Now, all of those customers are forced to go elsewhere. These executives make decisions to close stores without truly understanding the communities they serve and who they'll be screwing over. They only care about money and immediate decisions. No long term planning at all. I will be looking for a new pharmacy. This isn't the one."
