"They will bill you for higher than the amount they quote you. When you dispute it, They say the original was just a 'good faith' estimate. When you leave a review they resond and ask that you reach out to them. I did. Twice. STILL no response. I've been waiting since August for a response."

"I came into the office for a visit with my grandmother to see the NP Jordan and was surprised to meet the new supervisor Jessica. Obviously a lot of changes had been made since our last visit back with the previous supervisor so we were met with a lot of bumps along the visit. However, despite the multiple failures of appropriate procedural patient attention and care, I am content to see the diversity and inclusion of those on the spectrum receiving promotions and opportunities as such. Hopefully accommodations can be made so everyone is comfortable and understanding of the support needed for an individual on the spectrum in this position. Since all the best doctors here like Dr Rodgers, Dr Berger, Jordan, and now Dr Nerness are leaving, we’ve taken it as a sign we should too."

"Unacceptable care for medication management and physical. Had to wait months for an appointment to be seen. Arrived at the office today to be told that appt was canceled Friday and that I couldn't be rescheduled for a month. After I complained, management came out and stated that they don't manage postpartum care, got defensive of her staff and blamed the physician....then stated that they would work to get me in the next day. I requested my records and called my insurance, as this exact situation happened with my husband last year. My GYN ordered a refill for me to cover me until I go to an ORMC PCP. Do better Adventhealth, or you will continue to lose physicians and patients."

"Staff doesn't care. Your DR will leave and no one will tell you. Your prescriptions will get canceled and no one will tell you. You'll call for answers and get asked to hold and no one comes back to the phone. The staff can go months without contacting you about necessary medication and will blame you for not hounding them every day while simultaneously condescending you for pestering them. Every time I call them it's a different person to talk to, explain what's happening, and get a completely different reason. staff constantly contradict each other or withhold information about your personal healthcare until you wait on the phone to escalate to supervisor that is actually capable of giving answers which usually amount to "there's nothing we can do :)" do yourself a favor and find a healthcare facility that actually cares about your wellbeing and is an active participant in maintaining it."
