Sandy is adored by my dog, not only does he get the job done but spends a few minutes playing with my dog as well which absolutely makes his day. The entire maintenance staff goes above and beyond on every ticket I've submitted."
"This is for the amazing maintenance crew!! From Parker the supervisor to Will, Sandy, Ronnie and Karl the techs who helped us, the customer service has been phenomenal!! We are newer residents as we just moved into the community at end of July. But we are forever forever grateful to the maintenance dept! Any issue or need we have had come up, they are always quick to respond and get the issue or problem solved as soon as possible. Thank you guys so much for taking such good care of us!! We really appreciate you all!!"
"By far the best experience that I have had within the housing and rental chapter of my life. Kayla went above and beyond to make sure that I understood everything that I needed to understand. She never got aggravated with questions and concerns that we continued to ask. "Kayla has been amazing since I’ve moved here! Anytime I’ve had any questions about my lease, trash…etc she was always there to help. On months where I was deployed and couldn’t always pay rent on the exact date I needed too she was there to communicate that to the right people and help me out. She’s been nothing but a blessing to me during my stay here. Highly recommend going to her for any of your residential needs!"
