"Management is poor. The laundry room is out of service for a week where was my 24 hour notice? I need to do laundry for work now I have to go somewhere else to do my laundry. How can you make this right?"
"The stsff was very nice. Christina explained the history and the future of the building however we couldn't get the door open to see the rooms, many being renovated. The $ wasn't affordable as most every rental in Florida especially for the current shape and location. Best wishes to them."
"Do NOT, I repeat do NOT rent a room from them unless you want roaches in your food. The rooms are disgusting.The night front desk clerk had to switch our rooms at 12:30a.m. due to the roaches, and we still had the same problem in the new room. The owners are horrible. They wouldn't give us a refund even though we slept in the car. I am definitely involving the BBB as well as other authorities."
"I don't normally do reviews unless it's a good one. DO NOT STAY HERE! The lady in the office luckily helped us with two other rooms, to be switched to... Each one got worse, the last was manageable. Luckily we only spent one night there! Mold mold mold and roaches is the extent of what we saw from room to room. I have never in my life seen so much mold and grotesque accommodations! The total was $92, and looking back, I'd rather have slept in my car! Some woman was screaming with people outside her door, in my hypothesis it's nothing more than a dope hole. I've seen some motels that left less than desired, but this one takes the cake. How it's not shut down is beyond me!! Health hazard"
"This hotel was TERRIBLE. Although I didnt witness any bugs, everything about it was disgusting. All of the furniture in our room was damaged, rusted and old. The A/C unit was way to dusty to turn on, the vents were completely filthy. The kitchen was filthy, the stove had crust caked all over it. I did not even bother to open the fridge. There was no top lock to lock the hotel room door at all, that was broken. Then they had the living nerve to mention the room was non-smoking, required a $50 deposit but there was burn holes in all of the sheets! I would not recommend anyone with children or self worth to stay here."
