"Kinda wild people are leaving good reviews. I travel for work and live in hotels year round. Having said that this might be one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. You would think by looking at pictures that the building is new and nice but that’s not the case. Very cheaply built to the point where you hear everything your neighbors are doing. Also it’s right next to the highway so you hear traffic all night. Hotel staff leaves at 6pm and the hotel becomes a zoo of noise. Bed was terrible and they only give half pillows. They charge for towels and their pet fee is more than double most hotels. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $30 to stay at a halfway decent hotel."
"This place is not advertised correctly, we were traveling and visiting family for Christmas. Did not know this was more of apartments, could not get any extra towels only had two towels and two wash cloths nothing to dry your hands already in the room, no tissues, no paper towels. Problems with checkin, we prepaid through Expedia and the lady at the desk tried to have me pay again had to wait for the GM to come out. The GM is nice. Upon check in the front lady was almost yelling at a family for their kids to stay quiet. Just not a good experience."
"The hotel has amazing service. The security system in place that keeps people out of the halls for the rooms if you're not staying is amazing and makes you feel so much safer. It's super affordable and if something isn't working they try to help you get it fixed immediately. The area is nice and quiet for the most part parking is easy"
"I travel for work (welder) and have a dog. Stayed a many different extended stay this is the best and cleanest facility. Ive stayed with other woodsprings and none better than this one. I do all my cleaning and use my own linens. They allow the breed of my dog boxer/blue pit. The ladies who work the front desk are helpful and very nice (Tina/Teresa). Customer service is a 10. The ladies doing house keeping are the best. You ask for trash bags or something else they give it to you no questions asked. I would definitely recommend this location to stay at."
