"have lived in this condo for 4 1/2 years and have seen a HUGE improvement in management since the beginning of 2022. Staff are now friendly and willing to be helpful; staff are now visible as opposed to the "no-see-ems" in the past. Is it perfect? No; but noticeable improvements are definitely visible. We are moving in the right direction! Special recognition to the following: Nickesha Gordon* Anthony Cromer* Manuel Sky Shine* And Alphonse, a very friendly and caring valet * Please forgive me if these names are spelled incorrectly."

"Not sure what’s worse, the management office or HOA Board. Too much of a hassle for the money and you end up feeling like a prisoner in your own community. As a tenant I would not recommend unless you are never home and with the assessment’s that come with the property here, buying is not financially the best move. Management takes unwarranted photos of residents and definitely not a dog friendly community. Gates and elevators are always broken. If you have more than one car, expect heavy monthly fees to have your car on property and your guests to pay and arm and a leg for valet service. Joke of community to be frank!"

"Don't stay here! Run! The condos have more than a few plumbing issues. I've had water damage to my unit twice since being here and nothing has been done. I'm not even able to utilize my second bedroom due to the water issues. Vanessa in the management office is extremely rude and should be terminated. She constantly gets smart with residents and is absolutely no help. She should be trained on how to properly assist customers."

"I lived there for five years and watched the place turn into a dump. The property manager Rudy is an arrogant, insulting, incompetent do nothing. After the hurricane a couple years back, we had no elevators or electricity due to the fact that he hadn't checked the building generators for gas. The final straw was management cut a lock and chain and removed three bicycles that were properly registered with the office. I requested that they replace the lock and return the bikes to where they were stored. I requested that Rudy make his boss aware of the situation, thinking perhaps a grown up would do the right thing. All I asked was to correct it and make me whole as before. Not so much as an apology. Rudy the incompetent, called the police on me because I was angered by the situation. I'm 61 and never had a run in with the police until that day. If you want to live in a filthy, poorly managed dump this place is for you. LETS SEE IF THEY REMOVE AN HONEST REVIEW."
