"I have been living here from 3 years and I can say that this new administration has made the building so much better in a short period of time, the building looks much cleaner, maintenace requests are done quicly, I am excited for the changes to come."

"To move into this dumpster u need 3 months deposit (3 bedroom apt is $3000.00 per month for a total of $9000.00) and u need to prove u make 3 times that just to move in. Once inside the building is trash and nasty. Emergency stairs smell like old urine with vomit and a touch of weed. Roaches all over the place. A/C brakes often. If you need to lose a few pounds move to 8 floor, elevators brake often so u will have to use the stinky stairs often. Parking is horrible and if you leave ur car in the wrong place they will tow u immediately- no warning whatsoever- tow truck is always driving around on the hunt. Pool is nasty and been close for a while now. The name of luxury community in the sign outside is a disgrace and disrespectful to anyone. Stay away please. Do yourself a favor."

"DONT DO IT place is crawling with roaches exterminator never comes, staff came to do inspection in my apartment and changed my top lock without letting us know had to wait an hour for guy to come drill a hole in lock( still hasn’t been fixed) garbage chute is always stuck smells horrible if you’re renting out an apartment on the 8th floor check it out before you sign anything hallway ceilings are different from 8th floor, was told pool would be fixed when we moved still dirty haven’t been able to use it, gym is outdated and dirty same things with the laundry room roaches lint everywhere, Cracks everywhere leaks the whole 9. ALL 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE!!!!!! Don’t believe it for a second unfortunately I had to bite the bullet but you don’t! Check out our friend lizzy that came to greet us!"

"No parking. Roaches. Elevator will break down with you inside. Leasing office does not care, and I would not be surprised if this was the next Champlain Towers. Cracks every where, and they hide it with paint. Do not move here. I just improved your life. You’re welcome."

"If I could rate this place a 0 I would. To any one looking into moving here please please don’t do it. I promise there’s so much better out there!! I swear I’ve never even went out of my way to write a review but this place deserves it. I still can’t believe they have the audacity to price they’re apartments the way they’re doing!! This place is infested with roaches!! The elevator breaks every single day. The laundry never works and is always dirty. The security they claim to have over night is never there, there’s a different security every single day I’m sure they hate it there so much they refuse to come back. There’s homeless vrooming inside and outside the building not one like a dozen just outside by the lake … it’s even scary to walk your dog at night or even come home at night. Since they don’t background check here there’s things going on all the time. I had a situation where the downstairs neighbor would wake up every single day at 4am and start screaming to the top of his lungs awful scary things. Management wouldn’t do anything so my boyfriend had to go down there and do things on his own. The last month I was there, there was a crime scene every other day. Ceiling leakage. Management turns off water once a week and does “inspections” whenever they feel like it and come inside your home without permission. Parking sucks, if you’re not home by 6 then forget it you won’t have a parking spot. They make you buy a key fob that doesn’t even work because the doors are always open especially the front one. Honestly I can write a book of how awful this place is and how much of a scam it really is but I think I made my point pretty clear^^ . Don’t get yourself in here!! I lived here a year and hated it the entire year I wish I would have read the reviews before !! I’m so happy with my home now! Trust me there’s way better out there than this dump!"
