"This property is located in North Miami Beach, most definitely not Aventura. They got rid of security and the gates haven’t been operational in months. There was a shooting by the pool, in broad daylight. Nothing has been done to improve the safety of the residents. The communication between the office and the tenants is terrible, and/or wildly inaccurate. The property has been under nonstop construction since Weller acquired it. Normally that is a good thing but not here. It took the roofing company about a year to complete the A and C buildings. They told me that were going to enter the unit to replace the electrical box and outlets in the kitchen. They then proceeded to remove the drop ceilings and installed dry wall. During that process the city inspector showed up and shut them down for not having a permit. My kitchen remained unfinished with with a large opening in the ceiling since before Thanksgiving until early February. I tried every form of communication with the office and finally Weller directly. I had to email Lori Krull who put me in touch with Meganmarie Palma (2022 GQ Awards Nominne). Her responses were very short and not very informative. Shortly after that she said there has been another person assigned to the property, Angela Parham-Branche. I have yet to hear from her. She also doesn’t respond. Weller attempted to intimidate me to leave because of my persistence. They tried to increase my rent to $2000 a month when all similar units posted on their site were at $1765. The property is very filthy, more like disgusting. It is embarrassing preventing me from inviting anyone over. The tenants rarely follow the rules and the office is timid to enforce them. There is a significant cat colony on the property due to multiple residents feeding them. Over 60 cats were removed from the property, fixed, and then released back on the property for some reason. In all the common areas you can see cat waste. The male cats urinate on tenant’s doors. That smell is awful!! Again I have made the office aware of this and nothing has been done. Do not tell me to contact the office or anyone else. I have done that. I have requested a site visit from Weller several times. Seems like there is another management company on the property.Jessica and Renee have been very responsive. Big improvement from Scarlett, helping her where she lacks in professionalism and communication."

"I’m loving the new improvements and renovations to the building. Though I wish it didn’t take this long, I’m glad it’s finally getting done. Hopefully, the kids play area is given some attention too. I must say, the monthly rent isn’t terrible for the size of the unit and neighborhood. Lastly, I also have to praise the manager Scarlett for her great attention to detail and following up on my concerns. Overall, very professional anytime I visit the office."

"Avoid renting any property here; the management is virtually nonexistent. They neglect basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning the stairs, opting to paint over the dirt instead. The laundry machines are consistently out of order, leaving residents without a reliable option for washing their clothes. Additionally, the garbage is left to linger in the hallways, with no one bothering to pick it up. Security is equally disappointing, with their performance worse than the cleaning service. I had my motorcycle stolen from the parking lot, and when I approached them, they simply shrugged it off, claiming there were no security cameras in the area. To make matters worse, the lady at the office exhibits a shocking lack of professionalism and rudeness. Dealing with her is an unpleasant experience. Save yourself the trouble and look for better condos elsewhere. There are undoubtedly superior options available compared to this place."

"Arbors Aventura Apartments is a truly amazing place to call home. From the moment I arrived, I knew that I was in good hands. The property is beautifully maintained and the staff is very professional. Scarlett and Ekaterina, the managers of the property, are absolutely fantastic. They go above and beyond to ensure that every resident is happy and comfortable. Their dedication to their job is truly remarkable, and it shows in every interaction I have had with them. The apartments themselves are spacious, well-designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. I especially love the large windows that let in plenty of natural light and offer stunning views of the surrounding area. The community amenities are also exceptional. The pool and fitness center are well-maintained and offer the perfect place to unwind after a long day. And with the property's ideal location, there are plenty of nearby shops, restaurants, and entertainment options to explore. Overall, I highly recommend Arbors Aventura Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and stylish place to call home. With its exceptional management team, modern amenities, and prime location, it truly has everything you need to live your best life."

"This is the worst apartment ever. Please do not waste your money. I cannot wait until this lease is up. We have been faithful tenants for over 6 years... always pay on time.. but between the roaches, the old broken washers and dryers, terrible parking, trash and cats everywhere you go.. this place is a real rip off. I want a refund and even believe if some of this was presented in court all tenants will be able to break their lease with no penalty!! These are horrible living conditions and possibly illegal."
