"I LOVE Lazul! The convenience to the freeway, Aventura Mall, Brightline, State Parks, food trucks onsite every few weeks, Morton’s… I could go on and on. The office & maintenance staff are amazing, friendly and helpful! Great place to have a fur-baby too, lots of grassy areas to walk them. Lazul really is the best spot in North Miami Beach if you’re looking for a place that’s centrally located to both Miami and Fort Lauderdale."

Its common to see people moving apartment to apartment here which is a very positive reflection of the overall experience living here. I didn’t rate my experience here 5 stars because of perfection. Perfection doesn’t exist. But I truly appreciate that the staff here work hard to go above and beyond for you. To us they are family. And in addition the design of the building and its amenities are very beautiful. Spectacular views off of the top of the garage open for everyone to enjoy!
