"I came the other day to view an apartment for me and my girlfriend. Everything was very nice and clean. Especially the workers they are very professional. The Young lady that showed me the apartment was Edelsy. She was very quick to answer any questions and concerns I had and was very professional. Loved her attitude and her willingness to help."

"One of the best apartment complex’s out here. Very clean, plenty of parking, amenities are great and always available for use. Definitely want to give a shout out to the front desk lady, Leonor. She’s so nice and cares about the people who live here. I had trouble getting my barcode but she went out of her way to make sure I got it. Thank you so much, Leonor!"

"Pricing is good and leasing agents are helpful which is why we chose to move here. I'll list pros and cons Pros: Pool is beautiful, LuxerOne Lockers are nice IF the courier uses them, layouts of apartments are spacious, 24 hour gym Cons: Packages get stolen, ring doorbell got stolen off of my door, NO parking (they say visitors have to park in garage but do not enforce or tow, people that actually pay to live there are forced to walk a mile or drive around for 30 minutes hoping someone leaves), you will see boxes and trash on other balconies. Overall good pricing and that's why we try and deal with these cons because we know 1800 for a 1 bedroom in todays economy is pretty good. It is very frustrating coming home to my ring doorbell stolen, my packages stolen, and no parking. It is not in the best area so beware."

"I lived at that place for 3 years. It was 3 years with no complaints. Hallways are always clean. The maintenance team is just woowww. They have a nice pool. It's a very nice community. Everything is close to you. Banks, supermarket, I-95 , shopping center, pharmacy. Overall 10/10"

"I don't know if the employees are paid very little or just come to earn a salary, but the arrangements they make are disastrous. Not only are they terrible, they also leave dirty and ruin everything around them. The television was covered in paint, obviously they didn't bring the tools they needed, because they used the stools as a ladder and left it covered in paint and plaster. Previously I had not wanted to complain because I still live here, but the truth is that I don't feel that it is worth it for the price paid, because it is not only about the bad arrangements (we had already had another similar situation), it is also that if you arrive home late at night, you can't find parking spaces for residents, as many are occupied by visitor vehicles, I have lost several packages in the mail room and no one gives a reason for what happened. The rent increases by 200 dollars annually, if everything worked well, maybe it would be worth it, but there are several issues that are a disaster and they have not yet known how to control them"
