"Had a great experience at Vans today. Not only did we find shoes that we wanted on sale. Found some really cool sunglasses and some socks. All super cheap and really nice. We had the best sales associate. Her name was Daisy. She was super helpful. Did more than she needed to do bent over backwards and could not have been nicer. Overall a fantastic shopping experience. Make sure when you go in ask for Daisy. She will take good care of you."
"Great selection of well priced attire. Today was the first issue I had ever had here though. I was asked by an employee at the register if I wanted to check out, I showed him the items in my hand and he said "Ok" then left the register....maybe a miscommunication. Regardless, I would recommend coming in to shop!"
"My previous experiences with this store have been great. I always enjoy shopping at Vans. Totally understand the importance of customer service; however, there comes a point where it can be a bit over top. This weekend there were about 10-12 sales associates working, each of them coming up to me every thirty seconds (yes, seriously) or so to ask how I was doing and if they could help. One girl asked me on four separate occasions if I was doing okay. Like I said, I always appreciate when Retail employees offer to help, but I couldn’t even look at a pair of shoes without being bombarded. Made me feel like they were trying to push for an extra sale."
