"Wow, what a snobby and bad vibe at WHBM in Coconut Point. This was the third and last time I will shop here. I walked in to do a return and wasn't greeted by any of the three salespeople who were busy chatting with each other. One of them gave me a dirty look.. not my imagination. The manager needs to work on cultivating a friendlier more welcoming atmosphere towards all customers."

"I really do not understand, every single time I walk into this store the associate never say "Hi" or they to help me. I was there a few days ago, I got halfway into the store before i was greeted. The sales lady said "Looks like you're on a mission" I said "Yes I'm looking for a dress" Her reply "well we have dresses in all our sections and back here" That was it. Her reply felt as though she didn't care and I should just know the layout of the store. Just because I walk in with yoga pants and a tee doesn't mean I shouldn't get help. I need a cocktail dress and the cost didn't matter especially if I liked the dress. The WHBM that I would frequent before I moved here was beyond more than helpful. I loved shopping at WHBM because I would get it all....dress, shoes, jewelry, belt. This store needs a customer service meeting. I walked out fuming, I always think maybe this will be the time someone here will finally acknowledge me."
