"Very rude staff at the coconut point location in Estero, Florida. Bradley answered the phone and when I asked why the store wasn’t open (posted hours are 10a), he rudely said they were understaffed and had no manager. I politely said ok, just a heads up that your hours say 10a on Google, for people who are driving over here to shop. He hung up on me."
"The store is so mismanage it operates on its own hours. Yesterday they were closed at 5:13 PM, on a Thursday… Today at 4:40 they were locked up tight with nobody home. Don’t waste your time driving to this one go to Fort Myers or go to Naples. We’re at least they stay open during business hours so that they can afford to pay employees that work there."
"I Stopped a few different times during the day on Black Friday and they never opened their store - if something comes up and you cannot open for the day (ok- things happen ) but at least make a sign outside for customers so they don’t continually keep stopping by. I could have made better use of my time"
