"I drove to Coconut Point just for my favorite LP store only to find it closed on a Saturday at 6:50pm. Its advertised hours indicate that it closes at 8pm. The LP website shows that it’s “open” as I stand here looking at a dark, closed store. Annoying. What’s up?"

"Generally, the store is friendly and beautifully stocked. The staff is readily available without being overwhelming. Recently, I tried to return an item. The item had arrived with a free gift. I forgot the gift and the return was refused. The cashier was adamantly disdainful. So unpleasant!"

"Went to Lilly sale today. I was so impressed by how organized the staff was on such a crazy day. The door holder was super upbeat and helpful telling us where to find items, she really new her merchandise! The checkout attendant was fast but somehow managed to perfectly package my items and was so kind to answer my question about an item not on the floor. She didn’t even flinch when I paid with 3 separate gift cards. I’m going back tomorrow—Thanks Lilly Pulitzer at Coconut Point!"

"Simply the BEST in everything, staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, respect customers. All of the boutique staff are gems. Karla, Meredith, Jonathan , Jordan, Kami and whoever I forgot to mention, they are all without exception the Best. They call customers by name, they remember the returning ones. Actually, they make all the customers returning ones due to their super service, attitude, and being so attentive. I travel all the way from Sarasota (about 2 hours drive on the highway) to shop at this location. Other Lilly stores should send their staff to train at this location, specially the staff at Naples location. I can't say enough about the Coconut location, words are not enough the thank each one for their superb service. This is the true Lilly boutique in every aspect. CONGRATULATIONS to all of you.Well done job."
