"Rick (owner) went above and beyond with his customer service: when a minor clerical error (incorrect shirt sizes) left me without a few of the shirts I needed for my trip out of town…Rick put a rush order in and got me the correct shirts within a few days. I asked him if he could hold the “incorrect “ shirts as I might purchase them later when the time was right for me to buy. When I was ready to buy them, he gave me a sizable discount. He didn’t need to do any of that. But he didn’t have to be asked to do it…he offered. Customer service like that is rare and it’s worth it 100% these days."
