"Those young kids need to learn how to treat the customers with professional attitude. I was asking someone of their crew about something, then she supposed to walk me down to that isle, then other customer asked her about something different, I found myself walking alone and she forget about my request, guess what, she saw me walking round just trying to pay her attention, simply she walked away, seriously? They need need to learn how to be professional and learn basic of ethics. Young kids!!!!"
"For a craft store the employee seem like they can’t get anything done. We ordered a few things online for pickup, an hour and a half later we get there, it’s not ready. we decided to walk around a bit, give the employees some more time. It’s been 2 and a half hours and it’s still not ready. Don’t order for pickup, save yourself some time and frustration by finding it yourself."
