"I went to return an item for my sister and at the men's department since it was the only manned counter. The cashier, who was friendly to others, got annoyed when I mentioned it was for my sister, saying I should have gone to the women's department. Despite this being the only manned register, she started my return in a rude demeanor, insisting another girl liked the item. Eventually, she realized it was from the men's department (after mentioning the girl), completed the return reluctantly, and suggested I buy something else. After that encounter, I won't be shopping there again."
