"If I could give zero stars I would. These employees were ignorant. As soon as I came in I brought in my items. They told me it would be till 8:15pm so I left. I brought 8 bags of clothes and they took 4 items and gave me $7. Made fun of a man and accused him of stealing while I was shopping. When closing they screamed at the top of their lungs “CLOSING IN 15 MINUTES!!!!!” It seemed like they didn’t want my money so I put everything back and walked out of the store out of frustration. These employees deserve to be fired. Worst Plato’s Closet EVER!!! 0/10"

"All love to the employees never had a remotely bad experience with anyone who works here Bless your hearts but the racks are a total shein/fashionnova graveyard. Platos closet has unfortunately moved past being a polyvore post frozen in time and is now muddled by this awkward 2018-2020 vibe I mean if that's what you're into Go for it but if you are looking for good quality unstale clothes at cheap prices go to any other thrift/consignment in the area. U will only find cheap cherub print mesh pieces and 13" inseam mom jeans here Obviously don't bother trying to sell here if you're trying to make money? I doubt the other reviewers "brand name" pieces were much besides wild fable and urban outfitters lmfao but anyone with the slightest bit of common sense knows they aren't gonna make big money at a store like this. If you need to get rid of clothes there r definitely places that need them more than plato's closet but it works fine if u want a couple bucks."

"The worst place to sell your clothes. The management is so manipulating and worse mannerism. We gave two trash bag worthy of clothes and were given $10. Later when asked for the one's not taken, manager was so rude and told that they were donated. They're so argumentative, they'll never accept their mistakes."
