"Great store with a wide selection, but the long queues were a drawback. Despite ample cash registers, only 3 were open, leading to over 30 minutes of waiting. There was plenty of staff in the store; however, it would have been more efficient if they were stationed at the registers during peak hours to expedite the checkout process."
"Horrible experience. Has very low staff. Not exaggerating when I say I waited in line for over 30 minutes to return one item. They had 3 employees on the cashier desk, while there was a very long line. Not only this but everything is tremendously disorganized. Even the worst thrift store you can come by is more organized than this location. Don’t recommend. If you look at the reviews I recommend looking at the most recent. I see everyone complaining about the tidiness and time spent in line. They don’t seem to be dedicating any time to resolve this matter."
"Love the location of this store. It is always clean, although the cashiers were seemingly missing. The line wasn't really long, but it seemed to take forever, and people didn't have carts full of items. None the less, the selection is great and the prices are very good."
"This is a hidden gem, I was so pleasantly surprised to find great makeup brushes and beauty blenders along with a multitude of options for trendy pants and jeans. The group of female staff working on 9/19 in the AM was so friendly and kind. I’ll be coming back soon."
"It's Burlington so there's often a curve ball. Today's was the dressing rooms are closed so I did what any immunocompromised person would do...I got excited and tried them on there. The store is organized, customer service was impeccable and they appear to work as a team. It's cool for a quick find and that is rare. I'm definitely going back."
