"If I could give this store a zero I would, I came in to return a bedding sheet that was purchased in Hialeah, the items I purchased were returned by someone else so they were on sale, the items did not have a bedding size so the cashier in Hialeah said I can purchase it and return at any location so I came to Oakwood Plaza to return it because not only did it not fit it was also missing a pillow case as I take the items out of the bag to take it to the cashier who’s associate number is 166488 started laughing and proceeded to ask if I couldn’t bring the box or the bag with the item when I purchased the item just how it was, I felt bullied because the cashier laughed at me and questioned me as if I did something wrong when I purchased it liked that he proceeded to say “I’m good I’m good” I feel like being in customer service you shouldn’t act this way especially when you don’t know how the back story of the item I feel disrespected and this will be the last time I’ll be visiting this location."

"The Ross has a lot of clothing option. Much more than other Ross. The store is also secured and kept tidy. The luggage were in excellent conditions."

"Far as pricing on clothes — no issue. I think you can get some pretty good deals at Ross! But on a Sunday afternoon around 1pm. How in the world do you only have two cashiers?! I’m not even upset with the cashiers. Ross, pay your employees properly and more money. You shouldn’t have concert like lines at a store… My best advice? Pretty come when they first open or you’ll be waiting 25 minutes to get rung up…"

"If I could have given this Ross at this location a 0, I would have. From the minute you enter, the place is unwelcoming. From not welcoming associates, to the mess all around. The shoe isle was so disorganized that every pair that I grabbed had the opposite shoe size, wrong. Some purses were broken. The clothing racks were either on the floor, over the racks, or misplaced in other areas. Not one associate was friendly or helpful, or even cared to acknowledge you. Fitting and bathroom was disgustingly dirty and had an odd smell to them. And then came the line. It was an hour after before I made it to a register. Only 2 cashier's at the time, and when observing my surroundings, saw a few just hanging out talking to each other, and not caring about opening other registers. It took about 40 minutes of being in line for management to open an extra register. While in line, wallets, chocolates, chips, etc; were a messy disaster as well. To be honest, I have never felt disgusted to be shopping at a store. I guess there is a first time for everything. WILL NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. At least the 1 for the review will be for the good deal in prices. Walked out with a pair of jeans for my husband for $12.99. Two sporty shirts. One for $12.99 and the other for $7.99. Still love you Ross, for having good prices and deals on name brand items, but just not this location."
