"All the locations are HORRIBLE!!! Lines are too long and only have two registers open. You might as well get rid of the other ones cause they're never in use!!! Ridiculous!!! This has been going on for years with no improvements. The CEO needs to be FIRED!!!! And don't respond with the same cookie cutter response you send to every complaint. This company does not care about SERVICE."

"This store have signs in out the store denying customers the use of the bathrooms they have signs inside and outside the store saying out of service when the restroom are in perfect working order,and i am disabled management and the loss prevention specialist lied and said the rest rooms are not working,those discrimatory signs need to be removed and never put up again and the manager and the loss prevention agent need to be reprimanded.This is a serious violation that could have this store liable for discrimatory practices.This is wrong there is no rebuttal the store is wrong and i will be calling the city of Hollywood,maybe filing a lawsuite."
