"last wensday I bought a pair of nice shoes imposivol too try because they are together the cashier game a discount with out telling me was a final sale so now I have to keep a pair of shoes who don't fit me really a big deception no more Ross for me I go to the same store every week no more"
"Yesterday I had just an awful experience!! I came in with nothing on my hands but my phone and my wallet and for some reason I beeped when I walked through the door , (the security guard saw this ) . So I grab a car and start looking around , when I noticed the other security guard seemed been following me . So I started moving around the store just to see if he would follow me and HE DID . I felt targeted for no reason at all. Anyways I tried no to pay attention to him and went to register to pay . I come to the first register that is just besides the first security guard who saw me beeping when I just arrived. HE SAW ME PAYING AND GRABBING MI RECEIPT , he wouldn’t take eyes off me during the whole transaction!! . Anyways I grabbed my receipt and wanted to get out there already , and of course I beeped again in the door . THIS MAN , he was waiting for this , he took my bag away , grabbed my receipt and took everything out of the bag!!! As this is not enough he makes me walk back and forward through the door to see if I had something on me!! This is ridiculous, he just saw me paying!! He checked the bag , checked the receipt and HE SAW ME beeping when I first got in . He only stopped bc the cashier told him that I was fine . I’ve never felt so bad and humiliated, everyone was watching like I was doing something wrong . These security guards need to do better cause they don’t be doing this to the people who really steal. Awful experience. I will definitely contact corporate about this !"
"55+ discount day 10% on Tuesdays. Very well stocked. Plenty of holiday themed items. Easy to park to go in/out. Located in a shopping plaza."
