"I'm just tired and want to sleep at this point so I can head back home in the am. Let's just say the first room sleeping space was limited due to a broken sofa bed which I am still trying to figure out why it hasn't been taken out of room and replaced. We move to another room and quickly because they want to sell our previous room to the next available family. Now we're in the new room with a better sofa bed, but baby that shower is disgusting. Still trying to figure out what is so Imperial about this hotel. Can't watch any cable tv, so thankfully the kids have their PS5. This is not it! Needs work done and some love and care."

"I have stayed in many hotels across the country and this was by far THE WORST!!! The AC in the rooms do not work so be prepared to sweat. I paid the hotel when I arrived and late in the evening my key did not work to my room and went to the front desk to get another and find out that they LOCKED ME OUT OF MY ROOM because the front desk clerk apparently under charged me! The manager was EXTREMELY RUDE and the rooms were unclean and unkempt. PLEASE do not fall for the lower advertised price or you will be LOCKED OUT OF YOUR ROOM AND NOT LET BACK IN UNTIL YOU PAY THEM MORE MONEY!"

"By far one of the worst hotels I’ve ever experienced in my life, and I’ve been to quite a few! There’s nobody running the front desk, apparently you can only check in between 9 and 10 PM so don’t try to come after hours you will not get a room. God must’ve been working out for me because once I couldn’t get anybody to come to the front desk, I started looking into the reviews and let’s just say they’re disgusting. Somebody who refused to tell me their name started texting me after I called the after hours number a dozen times, but they were no help. Somebody needs to call the BBB on this place before somebody gets hurt."

"This was the absolute worst hotel we have ever stayed at!!!! During check-in, although there were only 2 people in front of me, took 1 hour! The rooms were absolutely disgusting; the sheets were dirty, the bathroom light kept flickering and would not turn on often times, both bed sheets had black stains on them, the hallways smelled like weed, the door had gunk on it. They fixed the light after we asked, but it went back to flickering an hour later. We asked for extra blankets and were told that we didn't need any extra ones. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at."

"There were no bugs, the room was dated and I had a great view of the dumpster out back. None of that was a big deal, I was there to sleep. My biggest issue was the lack of personnel at the front desk. The sign clearly stated someone would be at the front desk from 10am until 10pm. I checked in for five nights and was only charged for one night, rather than fix it right then, they told me to come down before check out. Went down at 1030 am and they told me it would be taken care of at 4pm, now things are getting strange. Went back to my room and the key didn't work, went back to the front desk and nobody was there. Called the hotel phone and no answer, called the after hours number and no answer. I was finally able to get my stuff out of the room around 330 pm. Come to find out, it was the maintenance guy that checked me in."
