"Great staff. They give you a nice little breakfast bag they offer creal, milk, coffee, juice and fruit they gave Me an upgrade on a room definitely recommend! Only thing I have to say is the 3 nights we stayed no one came to clean the room"
"I came back to give this place a better star rating. I stayed here a couple of more times already, and our stay has been nice and pleasant. The rooms that we stayed in were clean and comfortable. I know some people have complained about seeing roaches, but the past 2 times that we stayed here I didn't see any bugs. I don't know maybe some of their rooms are not as clean as others, or maybe they have been trying to do better in maintaining it, but we stayed on the bottom floor facing the pool area the past couple of times, and it has been really comfortable and clean. The only thing I can say about this place that I don't like. Is their free breakfast they've only been serving cereal and fruit, but I guess it is what it is."
"I am very upset there was roaches swarming by the dozens in 3 different rooms had to cancel my reservation & of course through Priceline you can't get a reservation transferred so by the time I check in at another hotel it's 1am. This was horrific I worked very hard to not live with roaches & it's no way I am going to pay to be around them horrific......"
"It looks pretty decent until you walk in the room and see roaches scattering everywhere! They were in the refrigerator dead and in the shower crawling all over the walls... They did offer us another room. But my son was too tired to even go to another room. So, needless to say, we made it through the night. But if it was just myself, I would have been out of there asap!"
"I wish I could give it a 0 star review. Didn’t spend more than 20 minutes in the room before the roaches that we saw upon arrival were already all over the side table and in our shoes. Left (without shoes on- because we tried putting one one and the roach inside was just too much), found a better hotel down the street a bit. Do NOT stay here. The level of sanitation and safety indicated by the not working AC, the smoke smell in the non smoking rooms, the paint peeling off walls, and the bugs everywhere make it not worth a dime."
