"A pleasant quaint RV and cottage community made up nostlybof full time residents and snow bird seasonal visitors. There is a small lake behind the clubhouse and there is a small pool at the clubhouse. There are wash rooms centered in the community but I did not utilize them so I can speak for the overall condition and cleanliness of the washrooms. But it's in a good location just off Old Combee road. Only main downfall is that you can hear everything outside when you are sleeping and you can hear the main interstate I-4 corridor that goes from Daytona to Tampa, so its constant heavy traffic all day and night. If that would bother you any, then definitely dont come here. However it didnt bother me that much and I slept through it. I guess you get used to it like anything else. The people and neighbors are extremely close to each other and the lots are very small, so you will definitely meet or run into some of the neighbors, but they all have been nice and extremely pleasant. I give this RV and cottage home park an A+"

"Among the numerous local Sun communities in this area, I must highlight that this RV resort stands out as one of the most pleasant, pristine, and meticulously kept. The staff's performance is truly remarkable, showing exceptional attentiveness. Whenever there's an issue or a breakdown, they are swift to address it, ensuring repairs are undertaken promptly. Furthermore, many of the RVs entering and exiting the premises maintain a high level of cleanliness. Even among the older models, their appearance remains appealing. You can be confident that none of the RVs resemble anything from the "Breaking Bad" TV show."

"Nice place to live. Quiet. Centrally located to both Orlando and Tampa. Close to I-4 and multiple grocery stores, shops, restaurants and churches within a couple miles."

"We enjoyed our stay. It was well kept, quite, and other residents were friendly. The logging, pool, and hot tub were very clean. Linda at the front desk was friendly, professional, and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and are planning another trip in làte fall."

"Although not a tenant myself, I visit a very dear friend regularly here at Lakeland RV resort. I've never experienced anyone being rude, hateful or in any other way and welcoming. There are many facilities to fit the needs of their tenants, including a pool, spa, laundromat and bath house. Very family friendly atmosphere."
