"Fabulous service! Semoran Blvd location, Orlando. Got a flat tire, we were 30 minutes away, we called before arriving, the tire was pulled ahead of time. We arrived 15 minutes before closing and the tire was replaced in 12 minutes. Both employees were gracious and professional. I wish more people had work ethic like theirs. Thank you! "Update: Made an appointment in the morning for 4:30PM, it was confirmed; I got there a t 4:00PM and they tell me they could not service my car because I made the appointment the same day and they print all appointments in the morning. I had to take time off my schedule to make the appointment, just for them to tell me NO, we do not honor appointments if you make them the same day, just because they were busy. Taking 2 stars off from my initial review because they should not allow anyone to make appointments, confirm them, and then when you get there they tell you: Sorry, no we are too busy to service your car. Initial review: Fast and professional service. My car was making a noise, took it in without an appointment and they looked at it right away. Everyone is super friendly. No need to look at another place in the area, definitely recommended."
