"Love this office, have been seeing Dr Berthe for years. Both him and his team are amazing!"
"I was very displeased with the visit. I took my hospital records to this office days before my appointment just for me to go there, feel dismissed about how I was feeling and be referred to another OB/GYN because he states the other OB/GYN has more update equipment to assist with my issue. The doctor didn't care about me what so ever even with my voicing certain concerns, they were dismissed, it just felt like he was killing time because they took my money but it was very obvious he didn't want to help me. I would not refer nor would I ever go back and I have a huge feeling I was treated this way because I'm not Hispanic. Everyone's time is valuable and I took time off from work to receive a notice to go elsewhere. He didn't even check with my primary physician to go over anything because they knew they didn't want to help me and that is honestly disheartening."
