"Usually I really like this Berlington but I tried to return something today around 2:30. They had 28 people standing in line and only one worker at register. I walked around trying to find some other help or manager and all I saw were two women sweeping in the front of the store. Where was management? Or help?"

"Poor customer service, it’s 9 pm and it started with 6 customers in line, im number 3 and it’s taking damn near 10 min per customer with handful of items, no cart! . One cashier and worker behind the desk and only one checking out. You would think after announcing it’s almost closing time they’d care to get us out in a timely manner. employees were organizing the store instead of cashing us out. I ended up leaving my cart cause they were taking way too long and nonchalant about it."
