"Terrible customer service. They can never find your account every time you go. Even providing all the info. African American lady very rude and with attitude. After almost leaving the store another lady could find my account with my email. I asked for pants and because I was not very specific by saying "short pants" It give me an attitude responding back to me that I did not said that. OMG What kind of customer service it is this? Please You need to change the staff for people person. We are paying very well this uniforms for on top have to deal with this rude people. She also deny to provide me a receipt and told me to go online and print it out by my self...Rude, Rude..."
"This place is terrible. Very unprofessional one lady wearing long eyelashes with beads on the end could barely see you. They don’t want to help you and lord for bid you have to return something they act like it’s a problem. They read the return policy over and over. Basically told me since my child’s dress has been worn there’s nothing they can do plus the chick with the lashes told me it was to faded and that her kids uniforms aren’t that faded my response was I guess you don’t wash as often as I do. I’m to the point I want to change my daughter’s school just so I don’t have to deal with these unprofessional rude people. Only one lady was nice enough to try to fix it. The rest was like sorry about your luck."
"The store is hard to find and when I went in there I didn't get any help I was not asked do i need any help but I found everything store not too big and the are very expensive but on my way to check out there was a young man helping me and I need to pay cash the cashier at the first register got very rude with me nasty attitude"

"The store called me to let me know about a nearly year-old credit I had forgotten in the hustle of the new school year. The lady on the phone was super nice. The staff communicated quickly to address my refund and subsequent purchases. There was a lot of inventory (half sizes) as might be expected 2 months into 2nd semester. The ladies in the store were attentive and courteous. In the past 4 or 5 years, visits were not as smooth or customer service was lacking, but I wouldn't say that now."
