"Came in late Wednesday 2//14/24 to make a return, they guy at the register was rushing and I think he did the return transaction incorrectly because the return wasn’t made correctly.I have yet to receive the return back yet to my card.I called customer service and the representative stated she do not see a return pending,,I shop here all the time. I’m highly pissed"

"Great customer service. There was a new employee and they were clearly training from what I could tell. The store manager was taking his time to properly train that person [Ina good way]. They both were extremely great will definitely shop back here again. Went in looking for some shoes that could support my back and they were extremely knowledgeable. Asked for a military discount they said that the store normally isn't able to do it but they honored it anyways which I thought was really great. Again great customer service."

"Please don’t ever do a online order how do you have employees four to be exact and nobody understands the online purchase process. But they know how to text and talk on there cell phones and to add insult to injury have the nerve to have a attitudes when you are there to pick up a order that you have already paid for and have confirmation that order is ready but wait nobody that works on Saturday apparently knows what to do that works at Hibbett Sports in Lakeland Mall"
