"We came to Capt Jacks, just like everyone else, for the crab legs. I was super excited to find a place with all you can eat crab legs! We had a very pleasant experience. The service was top notch! The crab legs were great! We ate so much we were hurting. I would definitely come back to this restaurant!"

"Captain Jack’s was amazing! The coconut shrimp, royal red shrimp, seafood gumbo, jambalaya, spaghetti, & huge chocolate chip cookies were really good. But what really made the experience memorable was our waitress Helen. She was super upbeat & attentive, & even took several minutes to chat with us. She made us feel like we were family coming over to a close friends’ house for dinner. She was awesome! If you get Helen as your waiter, you’re in for a treat! I highly recommend Captain Jacks buffet, you will not regret it!"

"I was really looking forward to trying out Captain Jack's on Front Beach Rd., but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. From the moment I was seated, I noticed a family of 12 arriving, and despite the ample seating available, the hostess insisted on separating them, allowing them not to sit together. Also, I would like to add that management and other team members had no interest in providing the service that would promote an atmosphere for customers to return. The customer service was quite inadequate. I waited for over 15 minutes just to get a cup of ice for some water, and despite requesting sugar for my coffee, the waiter never returned. Moreover, the quality of the food did not justify the cost. It was underwhelming, to say the least. Overall, I left feeling disappointed with both the service and the food. Hopefully, there's room for improvement in the future."
