Arby's

"This Arby's is hands down the best ever. The food is always perfection, they are generous with the sauces when requested and it's hot and fresh! And everyone that works there that I've encountered has been very kind and polite."

"Well I walked across the street to pick up our order from their app. No one was at the counter and no order in the rack. A man cleaning the grill noticed me and asked if I had been helped. I told hime no. I was there to pick up an order. He asked if anyone had seen my order. A lady ran up front and looked at the screen. There was my order. She said there was no sound when an order was placed. She filled my order and I was on my way. Great food. Good service after they saw me. There must be a way to have a sound when online orders come in."

"We were visiting PCB for the Thunder Beach motorcycle rally and decided to stop into this Arby's for lunch. The food and service were great, which is of the most importance. The building itself, however, felt like it was undergoing refurbishment. The bathrooms are themselves located outside and the parking lot seemed to be in disarray. (Not including the roadwork being done on Front Beach Road. For the record, I had the middle sized roast beef sandwich with curly fries and a coke. The food was hot, fresh and delicious!"

"Sorry to say that this restaurant has degraded terribly in the last few years. As a tourist, I've eaten here for more than a decade, as it was close to my timeshare. Now as a local, I eat her, occasionally, when I'm in the area. My last visit was a not the best experience. Order taken promptly, scouted for clean table. All tables rundown, and look dirty, even after being wiped down. Picked the cleanest looking booth. Booth uneven, had to squeeze in, and I'm not overweight. Food arrived, and order was wrong. Returned to counter to correct, was not offered a refund of difference charged. Sandwich for my wife brought out promptly, and was told my sandwich would be out promptly. I sat there eating my lukewarm, half filled order of fries. I finished the fries, and waited, and waited, and continud to wait. Finally got up, and inquired about it at the counter. After 5 minutes they brought it to the counter, and gave me 2 complimentary cherry turnovers. I took it to go. The sandwich was extremely salty, so not sure what happened to it, in the back. My wife said her sandwich was not overly salty. Very disappointed. I know that restaurant workers deal with staffing shortages, but the restaurant wasn't busy inside or at the drive thru, so none of my complaints are unreasonable. Doubt I'll return."

"First thing, as we walked in, was "we're out of roast beef, so I hope you like something else on the menu.". (How does an Arby's let themselves run out of roast beef?!) But in all fairness, apparently 2 of the managers had called in, at the last minute, the woman who took our orders was there on her day off. She & the single cook, did pretty well, while the one manager that had shown up, was on the phone trying to find someone else to come in, since she was several hours past her leave time. All that being said, we got the boneless chicken chunks, & they were excellent."
