"I have been going to Five Guys all over the country for years. I noticed two different things at this location. The hamburgers are smaller in diameter, but thicker. They may weigh the same as other 5 guys locations. We noticed this right away. The other thing, with the fries is there was NO over flow fries with the frie cup. I really love their fries. Was disappointed about that. You are a country wide company and our experience as customers needs to be the same no matter what."

"Overall we like Five Guys. The food tastes fresh and we ate it all. The girls like the peanuts and we had a hot dog and a little cheeseburger and fries. We were with a big party of 9 and everyone’s order came correct and quickly. I get grilled mushrooms and lettuce and tomatoes on my hamburger. I could use a little more seasoning on my fries, they are pretty greasy but good. Overall we would come again. The quality is the same as all the other Five Guys we have been to."

"I seen on the wall it says this place can't be beat... Oh, but it can. It's too expensive- $42 for 2!?!? Why???? Don't get me wrong- our burgers and fries were good. Also, you gave us way too much fries; we had enough fries for like 4 people, and that was very wasteful. I know your boss pays attention to food costs. Not being mean, I'm just saying."

"Edit 2: Food and service has vastly improved for the moment. Hoping it remains. Edit: terrible experience and they robbed me of the $4.86 tip after my refund from a long wait and inedible food. They don't refund what you paid since they keep the tip given before service (what a concept). So I spent 55 minutes of my life to support Five Guys and left with no food and nearly $5 gone. What a joke. The workers are having playtime and not serious and no one seems to be running the place. Original: Caring and attentive staff that is banging out burgers and fries like no other. The hamburgers are hot and flavorful and can be made any way you want without a hassle. And the 5,000 fries will fill you up!"
