An assistant manager asked us how everything was, and seemed genuinely caring. (Her name was Charisma) thank you for an excellent experience. "Showed up with a gift card at lunch and the place was closed. We laughed about how they could be in business only being open 3 to 9. When we came back the next day the place was absolutely packed. We were seated fast and the food was perfect. Our waitress Emily was fast and kept me stocked with ice cold Blue Moon."

"We had a large party, so I understand the 40 min wait to be seated. My friend & I both ordered the Dallas filet, mine med rare with a baked potato. Hers was medium well with a sweet potato. We rec’d our meals & Xavier even confirmed mine was med rare, but when I took a bite, it was not. We were already a few bites in when realizing that my friend got mine, and I got hers. Had we not already waited an hour and a half to eat, I would have sent it back. But at a birthday party for somebody else, we didn’t want to hold anybody else up. Baked potato was also less than desirable as it was supposed to be loaded, & only had cheese & bacon, & lukewarm. Not worth the money, esp since prices have increased considerably."

"This is my third visit to this particular Texas Roadhouse location and up until now, my opinion of the restaurant was a good one. My girlfriend and I decided to swing by on a Saturday night and we were seated very expediently (which was great). The service was so so but passed the minimum requirement for a chain restaurant. When we got our food, the experience started to tank rather quickly. The steaks were one temperature off for both of us, the bread was not as phenomenal as to be expected fro TR and even my loaded sweet potato didn't stack up to my previous experiences. Overall, unless there is a change of cooking staff, I don't intend on going back. My $85 will be better spent at the Longhorn across the street!"
