"We came in for dinner at 5:00pm, it was terrible, the food came out cold, the appetizers came out after the main course and was cold also. They wasn't busy, only 6 tables. Very unhappy with the food and service. No excuse for this. We are a family of 6 and go out to eat 3 to 4 times a week. We usually don't complain but this was awful... I had the sizzling chicken and shrimp, and the cast iron plate was barely warm. The waiter only came to refill the drinks 1 time. Just an all out bad experience. We are locals to the area and would not recommend this Applebee's , travel to a different location.... We was also charged wrong for our dinners and kids drinks.."

"I came here to have a late dinner and it was highly disappointing. The waitress was rude, the food was raising blood pressure salty I couldn’t finish my chicken it’s just salt and black pepper the potatoes was placed on the same plate as all the oils from the chicken breast and shrimp the potatoes absorbed all of that which caused food to be extremely gross. Worst experience we’ve had at an applebees"

"We came to Applebee's very late at night. It was my first time dining here. There was a bit of a wait. It seems like they could use more servers. That being said, our server Sarah was amazing. She was jumping between tables and the host stand and the kitchen the entire time we were there. Despite it being busy and them being short staffed, the service and food was amazing. Thank you, Sarah!"
