"Couldn't help me out with a simple task. Just wanted to update my information and to continue my dental insurance. They instead cancelled my insurance, told me I a covered just to find out the cancelled my plan and did not re-open the account. Paid $100+ since I needed to pay off an old bill before i can continue my dental. Now im out $100 and have no dental insurance. Better off calling online till you reach someone who speaks English to help you."
