"Well after 2 months of games this ended badly. My doctor referred me to PT and I called to ask if this place takes my insurance. They checked and said yes and I had the referral faxed. Silence, so I follow up and they say it needs a medical code. So I go to my doctor he re sends it they called made an appointment next week and the DAY before my evaluation called to say they DON'T TAKE my insurance. Thanks."

"Cora Physical Therapy is one of the best places to treat worker comp patients , in Lehigh office the staff as Drs and therapists are so nice and professional, but I can’t said the same with the front desk receptionists, they assume hard situations as personal, they don’t let me the opportunity to explain or ask anything, and treat me as a no welcome there, basically sent to me outside without reason, I’m very sad, because I felt really bad with the patient which was beside me thinking I was ready to help her as an interpreter. I know Dr Stephen long time ago, since he worked in Ft Myers office and he know me too, I’d never been treated so rude, I never had any problems in my 17 years working with patients, I just left this review because is necessary to please take care how is the front desk people working with the people visitors. They never answer the phones when the Company who sent to me, call them to be in clear what happened!!"
